The Dauphine Paris-PSL housing department has a stock of around 700 beds in Paris and the inner suburbs, including 400 under its own management. The residences are managed in partnership with the major student housing providers in the Paris region: Arpej, ALJT, Cardinal Campus, Twenty Campus, Crous de Paris, Crous de Versailles, etc.
Two categories of accommodation are offered:
Standard comfort social housing residences, Crous housing types with very attractive rents, reserved primarily for Crous scholarship students. Services are limited.
and
Résidences logements confort +, mainly in Saint-Ouen and Nanterre, with slightly higher rents.
All residences offer individual or shared accommodation (Saint-Ouen 1 and Nanterre Arena), with communal living areas and laundry facilities.
All residences are less than 40 minutes from Dauphine and downtown Paris.
