By submitting a housing application to the University of Paris Dauphine-PSL Housing Service, and after accepting the proposal, the student undertakes:
- To accept the terms of entry of the landlord of the residence to which he/she has been assigned.
- To pay the rent regularly for the entire duration of the exchange – incompressible duration, from September 1 to December 31 for S1, from January 2 to June 30 for S2 and from September 1 to June 30 for a year-long exchange, even if leaving early.
- To respect the rules and regulations of the residence he/she occupies.
- Regularly clean and maintain his/her accommodation, failing which he/she will not be entitled to the full amount of his/her deposit on departure.
