Accommodation
The majority of our accommodations are single studios between 18 and 23 m2 with a sleeping area, bathroom and kitchenette.
We also offer a number of single rooms on a shared basis, with private bathroom (or shared by 2), around a common kitchen and living room, mainly in St Ouen 1 (rue Dain).
Equipment
Studios are equipped with a bed with mattress, wardrobe, desk and chair. The kitchenette includes hotplates and a fridge. No other equipment is provided, except at St Ouen 1 (rue Dain) where an oven, microwave and crockery kit are supplied.
Bed linen (comforter, pillow, sheets) is not provided.
Services
Students are responsible for their own upkeep, and the residences do not offer catering services.

Accommodation at St Ouen 1 is equipped with a microwave oven and a crockery kit. Room cleaning is provided on a regular basis, and a breakfast service is offered to residents.
All units have Wifi access.
