Rent
- In 100% Dauphine residences, rents range from €600 to €800 per month, including charges.
- Only scholarship students can benefit from Crous accommodation with rents between €500 and €620.
Security deposit
A security deposit representing 1 or 2 months’ rent is required when the lease is signed. This amount is refundable at the end of your stay, provided there has been no damage to the accommodation.
1st month’s rent
When you sign your lease, you will be asked to pay the 1st month’s rent in advance.
APL
All properties are eligible for APL.
The amount of APL varies according to the student’s social profile and the rent. The discount can be as much as €250 per month. Simulation possible on the CAF website. CLICK HERE.
Housing assistance fees (FAL)
Access to the housing service is conditional on payment of a €49 fee payable at the end of the application process.
No refunds are possible for any reason.
Students on Crous scholarships are reimbursed the cost of accessing the service under certain conditions.
