By submitting a housing application to the University Paris Dauphine-PSL Housing Department, and after having accepted the housing proposal, the student undertakes:
- To submit his/her application to the administrator within 24 hours, together with the required documents.
- To accept the terms of entry of the landlord of the residence to which he/she has been assigned.
- Pay rent regularly.
- Respect the rules and regulations of the residence he/she occupies.
- Regularly clean and maintain his/her accommodation.
- Update his/her file annually at the request of the Housing Department, using the procedure and links provided.
- For M2 students, to vacate their accommodation by August 30 at the latest, as a gesture of solidarity towards new students, even if they are still on an internship or work-study program.
